Reviews and Ratings
I stayed in the family room, and it was very big and comfortable, but unfortunately not like what was described and felt a bit claustrophobic. The service was friendly, and the food was good. The location was perfect, right on the sea and near the main part of the town. The dining experience was standard with a limited range of foods offered. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel is located ideally in Kilronan, offering stunning views and convenient access to the main promenade and island services. While the rooms were not the cleanest and lacked some essential items, the quieter atmosphere adds to the overall experience. The early bird meal was of excellent quality, and the courtesy bus service, especially with Gina, was a standout feature.
The hotel had immaculate and spacious rooms, well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities and cooling fans. However, cleanliness could be improved, and there was a lack of places to hang towels in the room. The staff's service was sometimes rude and inattentive. I enjoyed staying as a family, but some areas could use better attention to detail.
The hotel was very big and pleasant but the rooms are outdated and musty. Staff were sometimes rude and not very attentive. The booking rate seemed to be the same price as every other room.
The hotel is situated by the sea, which provides stunning views and easy access to the main part of town. The staff were generally friendly and the room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. However, cleanliness was a bit of an issue, and the lack of essential amenities like towel hanging places and water in the room was inconvenient given the price we paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some room for improvement. The rooms, while spacious and spotless, lacked adequate lighting at night. The service was top-notch, especially Niall who made sure we had a fantastic time. The location was convenient, although the chalets were poorly designed. Dining was a delightful experience overall, with some room for improvement in the bread selection.
